1 white onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
1 - 10oz. can Rotelle tomatoes
2 - 15oz. can chili with beans
1 chipolte pepper in adobo sauce
ground cumin
dark chili powder
Velveeta cheese-stuff
bunch of green onions
sour cream
