- 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined (preferably with tails still on)
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- 2 each Red bells, yellow bells & green bells, julienne cut
- 1 sm. Red onion, sliced
- Garlic, minced
- Chili flakes
- Italian Seasoning
- Sherry Wine (cooking)
- Apple Cider or Sherry Vinegar
- Sugar
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
